The Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA) requires plan sponsors to exercise prudence and due diligence in the selection and monitoring of retirement plan providers. With so many established providers, it can be a daunting task for anyone who does not specialize in retirement plans.

ERISA holds that a plan fiduciary must exercise due care to ensure that their plan expenses are “reasonable.” We can help you benchmark your costs by:
